Cledara
One virtual card per subscription, so finance can see, cap, and cancel every tool from one dashboard.
About Cledara
Control the payment and you control the subscription — that is Cledara's whole mechanism. Every SaaS product gets its own virtual card with a spend limit, so finance sees each tool the moment it is paid for and can cut it off from the same screen, no chasing down whoever owns the login. A software management layer wraps that payments core: an application directory, purchase-request approvals, renewal alerts, budgets, and usage data (Cledara Engage) that flags licenses nobody signs into, while Cledara Spend extends the cards to wider business and travel expenses. Invoices are captured automatically and pushed to Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite through native integrations — the reason this product wins finance teams before IT ever gets involved. Basic runs £100 per month, waived entirely if you pay for 10 or more applications through Cledara cards in your first month; Premium adds approval workflows, invoice automation, and 1% first-year cashback on SaaS spend, and Pro is a custom package. Adoption is wide for a London-born product: more than 1,000 customers across 32 countries, covering 5,600+ software vendors.
