Three trademarked modules define how Iconixx carves up compensation: Iconixx Sales for commission plans, Iconixx Incentives for discretionary bonuses and MBO rewards, and Iconixx Merit for salary and merit cycles, with quota management, compensation planning, live plan modeling and forecasting, workflow, and governance and reporting layered across all three in a native cloud environment. The commission engine handles flat, percentage, sliding-scale, and split structures, and the vendor advertises more than 100 million transactions processed across hundreds of thousands of payees in industries from retail and insurance to life sciences and mortgage.
The go-to-market makes two promises. Implementations are fixed-fee with 100% US-based staff and an average 10-week activation — a genuine differentiator in a market where implementation overruns are routine. And pricing never appears in public: software directories list a starting figure around $8,500 without stating a billing period, but every deal is individually quoted. The Austin company dates to 2010, when founder and CEO Derrik Deyhimi acquired the total compensation software unit of nGenera Corp with backing from KBH Ventures; a $4.5 million Series B led by Ballast Point Ventures followed in 2012, then a $10 million growth round co-led by Harbert Venture Partners and S3 Ventures in 2015. Integrations cover Salesforce Sales Cloud, NetSuite, Workday HCM, ADP Workforce Now, and QuickBooks Online Advanced.
