Peakflo
Southeast Asia-built finance-ops platform that runs collections, payables, procurement and expenses off one AI agent layer rather than selling AR on its own.
About Peakflo
Most tools in this category treat accounts receivable as the product. Peakflo treats it as one lane of a back-office platform, and buyers should decide up front whether that is what they want. The Singapore company, founded by Saurabh Chauhan and Dmitry Vedenyapin and part of Y Combinator's Winter 2022 batch, ships accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement and travel-and-expense side by side, wired together by what it markets as agentic workflows — AI agents that learn a finance team's repetitive steps and then execute invoice processing, reminder cadences, reconciliation and approvals with progressively less supervision.
On the receivables side you get the expected mechanics: invoice creation and delivery, automated payment reminders, a customer portal, cash application, collections tracking, plus reporting and budgeting alongside. The more distinctive pieces are AI voice agents that place collections follow-up calls and browser agents that operate systems lacking an API — a pragmatic answer to the fragmented ERP landscape Peakflo's core market actually runs on. Native connectors cover Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Indonesian ledger Jurnal, with API, SFTP and file-based options behind them.
Geography is the real filter. Peakflo raised a $4.1M seed round in 2022 and built its base among finance teams in Indonesia, Singapore and neighbouring markets across logistics, manufacturing, food and beverage, and services. Pricing is quote-only, with the vendor explicitly declining to publish tiers. European or North American teams will find better-documented options here; teams operating on Southeast Asian ERPs will find few peers.

- Notes
- Quote-only. The pricing page publishes no tiers, no entry price and no usage limits, stating that agentic automation is not one-size-fits-all and routing prospects to a 15-30 minute consultation call before any figure is given. No free trial is advertised. The page does surface a link to Singapore's Productivity Solutions Grant, so eligible Singapore-registered businesses may be able to offset part of the cost. Because nothing is published, the entry cost and how it scales — by transaction volume, module count or seats — could not be verified.
