Everstage
Payee-based commission platform with itemized quotes and in-house onboarding.
About Everstage
Ask Everstage what it costs and you get an itemized answer rather than a rate card: platform license, enterprise support, and a one-time implementation fee scoped to your data sources, comp plans, and payee count, all laid out before contract execution. The pricing unit is the commission payee, not the seat, on annual contracts. No minimum applies, but the product is designed for teams managing roughly twenty to thirty or more payees, which places it a tier above self-serve tools and below legacy enterprise ICM suites in implementation weight.
The core platform bundles a calculation engine, plan management, rep-facing dashboards, approvals, and dispute workflows. Paid add-ons extend it: a native Salesforce app that embeds commission data inside the CRM, a connectivity package for Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Gmail, and an ASC 606 compliance module for finance teams. Onboarding stays in-house, with a dedicated customer success manager assigned from day one. Founded in 2020 by Freshworks alumnus Siva Rajamani together with Vivek Suriyamoorthy and incorporated in Wilmington, Delaware, Everstage has raised $44.7 million from Elevation Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, and 3one4 Capital, and sells into SaaS and AI-native companies as well as telecommunications, manufacturing, medical devices, healthcare, financial services, and media.
