hellotax
Per-country EU VAT compliance for marketplace sellers, priced from €49 a month per country with local accountants doing the filing.
About hellotax
An Amazon seller storing inventory in a German and a Polish fulfilment centre has acquired two VAT registrations without deciding to. That is the situation hellotax is built around, and it prices accordingly: per country, monthly, with the registration itself as a separate one-off. New Seller is €49 a month per country, capped at 500 transactions a year and one integration, and is restricted to Germany, the UK, Czechia and France. Established Seller is €119 a month per country with unlimited transactions, multiple integrations, a named account manager and phone support. A bundled 5 Countries Package is €470 a month, which prices a fifth country in at roughly €94 rather than €119. Separately, an OSS plan at €89 a month covers One-Stop-Shop reporting for physical and digital goods, with OSS registration a €149 one-off. VAT registration or takeover in a country is €300 one-off, waived on annual billing, which also carries a 20% discount. What distinguishes hellotax from the software-only tools in this category is that it employs its own local tax accountants across European countries rather than routing filings to partner firms, and it connects directly to the channels its buyers actually sell on: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Cdiscount. Founded in 2016 by Cristian Noguera and Christoph Prokes and headquartered in Alicante, Spain, it is squarely a European e-commerce specialist — there is no US sales tax product here, so a company selling on both continents will need a second vendor.

Established Seller €119/mo per country: free VAT registration or takeover, unlimited transactions, multiple integrations, dedicated account manager, email and phone support, 1 hour of free consultation annually. 5 Countries Package €470/mo: same inclusions across five countries plus 3 hours of free consultation annually. Add-ons: VAT registration or takeover €300 one-off per country; OSS registration €149 one-off. Yearly billing carries a 20% discount plus complimentary registration/takeover.
