Sales Commission Software

QCommission

Deep commission engine with 60+ integrations and a rare on-premises option.

About QCommission

CellarStone was doing sales-compensation work before most of its competitors existed: the Half Moon Bay company started in 2000 as a consulting shop, built QCommission out of that practice, and has since accumulated more than 1,700 customers across 65+ industries in 50+ countries. Its natural territory is the long tail that SaaS-first vendors rarely court — insurance, mortgage, medical devices, staffing, merchant services — and the integration list says so plainly: alongside Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Xero sit ServiceTitan, ConnectWise Manage, IRIS CRM, Fishbowl, and ADP, more than 60 connectors in all, with ODBC, Excel, and flat-file imports catching whatever remains. The calculation engine handles draws, splits, bonuses, and tiers, and ships with 150+ built-in reports and commission statements delivered to payees.

Editions are gated by data volume as much as by features. Pro processes 1.2 million source transaction lines a year for 2–500 payees; Premier lifts the ceiling to 12 million with a five-payee minimum; Enterprise is unlimited and adds database encryption, multi-factor authentication, SOC and HIPAA compliance, BI tooling, and dedicated hosting. On-premises deployment, an option most of the market abandoned years ago, remains available from Premier up — a real consideration for buyers whose data cannot leave the building. Base licenses are quoted through consultation — purchasing-power-parity discounts of roughly 30–50% apply in some countries — while third-party listings put the entry plan around $17 per user per month, and optional Silver, Gold, and Platinum support plans carry $200–$600 monthly minimums. This is deep, configurable software sold the old-fashioned way: plan for a consultative purchase and a scoping conversation, not a checkout page.
