The logic of the deal is the logic of the product: commissions calculate inside the CRM where quotes and opportunities already live. Reps get real-time statements, a commission estimator during quoting, and a mobile app; admins get the Spiff Designer low-code plan builder, machine-learning record matching, calculation tracing with deep audit trails, and a conversational assistant that explains plan logic and formulas in natural language. At $75 per user per month on an annual contract — sold as an SPM add-on or bundled into the SPM Product Suite and Agentforce 1 Sales Edition — the sticker is straightforward by Salesforce standards, but the extras deserve attention: each one-way connector to a non-Salesforce system runs $250 per month, and Premium Support adds 30 percent of net price. Teams already on Sales Cloud will find the native fit hard to beat; anyone not committed to Salesforce should evaluate the standalone platforms in this category first.
